I could not tell from your post what type of childcare you have for your daughter. In some states children under 5 are required to nap if the day care facility is accredited or has a state license. If this is the case you may be able to arrange something where she is on her mat but not sleeping ( reading, playing quiet games etc)
If it continues ask for a conference with both your child teacher and the director.
